You are bound to have lots of questions regarding the cremation or burial of your beloved pet.
Below are answers to some of the questions that we get asked regularly; if you're in any doubt please don't hesitate to give us a call and we will help you in person.
What times are you open?
You are welcome to visit the memorial gardens at any time.
May I have a memorial plaque for my pet in the garden?
Yes you are most welcome to purchase a plaque in memory of your pet.
How can I be sure that these are my pet’s ashes when my pet is cremated individually?
An individual cremation is exactly what it is, we cremate the animal on its own, and then there can be no mistake. We are members of The Association of Private Pet Cemeteries and Crematoria, whose strict code of practice we abide by. Our whole business philosophy depends on total honesty and transparency for our Clients.
What happens to the ashes of the pets that are not cremated individually?
These are all scattered in our memorial gardens to nourish the plants and flowers.
