Penwith Pet Crematorium is a small, dedicated family run business, situated in the grounds of our smallholding at Rose Farm. We take pride in treating everyone who comes to us with a personal and compassionate service. We understand how hard it is to lose a cherished pet and that a dignified farewell is an important part of the grieving process.
In 1988, animal lovers Penny and John Lally established a dedicated garden for those who wished to give their pets a special final resting place. Subsequently, they created a natural woodland burial for people. John is now sadly buried here surrounded by some of his beloved four-legged friends.
Losing a pet can seem unbearable. They are an important family member and give us so much in their lifetime. Every animal is unique and special. That’s what makes saying goodbye so hard.
We strive to achieve a fitting farewell for each and every animal and are here to help make this very sad time a little easier. Our priority is to ensure that both pets and their families are treated with the utmost love and respect.
We are very proud of our beautiful, natural memorial gardens, which you are welcome to visit whenever you wish. Our dedicated horse cemetery has formed a wonderful orchard, where we plant a fruit tree for each horse that is buried, giving back to nature and creating new life.
